  • Sales and Refunds:

    1. Final Sales: All sales are final. Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.
    2. Non-Refundable Items: All food items are non-refundable.
    3. Damaged Goods: If you receive a product in bad condition or with tampered packaging, refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person.     4. Replacement Processing: Replacements will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the damaged product.
    5. Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping cost.

  • Manufacturing Defects: Products eligible for replacement due to manufacturing defects must be reported within 24-48 hours. If not reported within this timeframe, replacement requests may be denied.
