Shipping Information

All successfully placed orders will be dispatched from our facility within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) via Courier or Speed Post Service. Following dispatch, the estimated delivery time to the customer’s address is between 5-10 business days. Please be aware that delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Important Notes

  1. Pickup Instructions:

    • If the courier office or delivery person contacts you to pick up your order from their office or directs you to a different location other than your address, you are required to collect your order from the designated location.
    • Should delivery be unfeasible via Speed Post to your address, you must visit the post office in your locality and present your Tracking ID to retrieve your order.

  2. Exceptions and Delays:

    • We strive to adhere to the specified delivery timeframe; however, certain factors such as natural disasters, strikes, or other disruptions may affect delivery schedules. We will notify you promptly of any significant delays.

  3. Tracking Information:

    • Upon dispatch, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS. Use this information to monitor your order’s status and to facilitate any necessary follow-up with the courier service.
