All successfully placed orders will be dispatched from our facility within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) via Courier or Speed Post Service. Following dispatch, the estimated delivery time to the customer’s address is between 5-10 business days. Please be aware that delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

- If the courier office or delivery person contacts you to pick up your order from their office or directs you to a different location other than your address, you are required to collect your order from the designated location.
- Should delivery be unfeasible via Speed Post to your address, you must visit the post office in your locality and present your Tracking ID to retrieve your order.
