Shipping Information

  • All successfully placed regular product orders will be dispatched from our facility within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) via Courier or Speed Post Service.

  • Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time to your address is 5-10 business days.

  • Pre-Order Products: If your order includes a pre-order product, it will be dispatched on the expected dispatch date mentioned on the product page. You will be notified once it has been shipped.

  • If your order includes both regular and pre-order products, they may be shipped separately.

⚠ Note: Delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or operational disruptions.

Pickup Instructions

  • If the courier office or delivery person contacts you to pick up your order from their office or directs you to a different location, you must collect it from the designated location.

  • If Speed Post delivery is not possible to your address, you may need to visit your local post office with your Tracking ID to retrieve your order.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

  • Use this tracking information to monitor your order’s status and for any necessary follow-up with the courier service.

  • For pre-order products, tracking details will be provided once the order is ready for shipment.

Exceptions and Delays

  • While we strive to meet the specified delivery timeframe, external factors (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays) may cause unforeseen delays.

  • In case of a significant delay, we will notify you promptly with updated shipping details.
