Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

All Sales are Final

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges, except in cases of damage during transit or manufacturing defects.

Non-Refundable Items

All food items are non-refundable.

Damaged or Tampered Packaging

If you receive a product in a damaged condition or with tampered packaging, please refuse delivery and return it to the delivery agent.

  • If the agent does not accept refusal, accept the package and contact us immediately.

  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.

Manufacturing Defects

If your product has a manufacturing defect (not caused by transit damage), report the issue within 24-48 hours of delivery.

  • Contact us via Call/WhatsApp at +91-8302485725 or email at rambaanhealthsolutions@gmail.com with your Order ID and a description of the defect.
  • If the defect is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Replacement Process

  • Damaged Products: If a product is damaged or defective, we will arrange for the return process through the courier company that made the original delivery.
  • Customers must retain the original packaging for return.
  • The return process will be coordinated at no additional cost.
  • Return Address: If needed, the return address will be provided after the return request is confirmed.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch

If you choose to cancel your order after it has been dispatched via Courier/Speed Post, a refund will be issued after deducting the shipping cost.

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • The refund will be initiated once the returned package is received.
