Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Sales are Final
All sales are final. Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Non-Refundable Items
    All food items are non-refundable.

    Damaged or Tampered Packaging
    If you receive a product in a damaged condition or with tampered packaging, please refuse to accept the delivery and return it to the delivery person.

    • Contact us immediately via Call/WhatsApp at +91-8302485725 or email at rambaanhealthsolutions@gmail.com with your Order ID.
    • We will ensure that a replacement is sent to you at no additional cost.
    • The damaged product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.

    Manufacturing Defects
    For products that are eligible for replacement due to manufacturing defects but are not damaged in transit, please report the issue within 24-48 hours of receipt of the product.

    • If the defect is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

    Replacement Process

    • Damaged Products: If a product is damaged or defective, we will arrange for the return process through the delivery person of the courier company that made the original delivery. The return will be coordinated at no cost to you.
    • Return Address: If needed, the return address will be provided once the return request is confirmed.
      Order Cancellation After Dispatch
      If you choose to cancel your order after it has been dispatched via Courier/Speed Post, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund after deducting the shipping cost. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
