गुलकंद खाने का तरीका (How To Consume Gulkand) :- गुलकंद का उपयोग दूध या पानी के साथ प्रतिदिन एक या दो बार किया जा सकता है। शिशुओं को 1 ग्राम, बच्चों को 2 से 3 ग्राम, वयस्क को 5 से 10 ग्राम या 20 ग्राम, गर्भावस्था में 2 से 5 ग्राम तथा वृद्धावस्था (बुढ़ापा) में 5 ग्राम देना चाहिए।
हल्के कब्ज में सोने से पहले एक बार, मध्यम कब्ज में सुबह नाश्ते के एक घंटे बाद और रात में सोने से पहले दे सकते हैं। बाकी सारी समस्याओं में खाने के एक घंटे बाद दिन में दो बार दे सकते हैं।
हाई बीपी के मरीज को रोजाना 20 ग्राम तक गुलकंद खाना चाहिए। इससे कब्ज की दिक्कत नही रहेगी।
